What Is Myoskeletal Therapy?
Myoskeletal Therapy is an advanced form of manual therapy designed to assess the underlying muscular and structural patterns that may contribute to pain, tension, restricted movement, and postural imbalance.
Rather than simply working on where you hurt, treatment looks at how muscles, connective tissue, posture, and movement interact to identify areas of imbalance and dysfunction, while using targeted techniques to support the body & nervous system response.
Sessions may incorporate targeted soft-tissue techniques, stretching, guided movement, therapeutic positioning, and focused pressure to help restore mobility, improve postural alignment, and support the way your body moves and functions.
Ideal for: persistent chronic pain, limited mobility, postural imbalances, and clients looking for a more targeted therapeutic approach.
