Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization

Drawing from the Myoskeletal approach, Instrument-Assisted Therapy uses specialized therapeutic instruments to assess and address areas of muscular and fascial restriction with a level of precision that complements traditional hands-on techniques. Controlled pressure and gliding techniques are applied to targeted tissues to help address areas of tension and restriction, support tissue mobility, and improve movement quality.

Instrument-assisted techniques may be integrated into a broader Myoskeletal Bodywork or Deep Tissue Massage session, or used selectively when a more focused approach is appropriate.
